Very dissapointed with Mitchells. They are not interested in the tennant one bit & are only after the tennants money for the landlord. The landlord is the only person they see as their client. We rented from Mitchells in a block of flats. We got some greif regarding our parking from another resident & the management conpany for the flats & feel this situation was handled very badly by Mitchells who showed us no support whatsoever & said if they continued to get complaints from the ONE resident complaining they would serve us notice on our tenancy....nevermind if any further complaints were evindenced or not. And after being very good tennants for apprximately 8 years with no issues at all, they only had the decency to say all this to me in a email.....no respect for the tennant whatsoever. I would never rent from Mitchells again as a result of this experience.

Terrible All they are interested in is your money over �600 in fees never heard so much rubbish it's not �275 as they say the most expensive letting agents out there stay away Change your fees ... Read Full Review
