This estate agent does not seem to be on the side of the client. They are unhelpful and not friendly. The property my son rented from them was in a terrible state when he took it over. The fridge was green with mould, it had green water in the tray, bits of mouldy food and it stank. The carpets, windows, bathroom, floors etc were dirty and everything was dusty. When he left it it was spotless, He had paid his rent on time every month and kept the place clean and tidy and was in the middle of planting things in the garden when he was given 2 months notice. No reason was given. And he has since found the property for rent again so why they got rid of him I do not know. Very rude and upsetting.
