We had exactly the same issues when we let our property to Giuseppe Ventura and his family. 1. He always paid the rent late 2. He didn't pay the last months rent because he knew he wasn't going to get his deposit back 3. We only had 4 weeks deposit from him 4. He left the property in a terrible state - anything that his family no longer needed was simply left for us to remove. Our shed was full of items 5. We had to redecorate the whole house - 3 bedrooms and re-lay the patio which he dug up for his own purposes 6. He changed the locks on the front door 7. He sublet the house to students for the final 6 weeks as he wanted to move to a new property. Yes he got rent for our property but never paid us 8. The students lost back door keys, smashed a pendant light in our dining room, filled a large plant pot with cigarette stubs etc 9. We chased him through the courts but he managed to avoid paying us any compensation as he folded the company that he rented our house through It's absolutely disgusting that him and his family continues to get away with this behaviour. He is a vile man DO NOT rent your property through him and DO NOT rent a property from him.

Giusepppe Ventura is a fraud and he never pays rent on time. At the end of our tenancy he failed to pay the last 3 months outstanding rent and left our property in a terrible condition which cost us a huge amount of money to repair. The team at lock property are terrible. They literally never return phone calls or emails. They never respond to requests for repairs of a property even if they are told face to face about a problem (eg. damp walls and leaking ceiling in one of their properties). What agent could do to change your mind?
If they were hopeful and honest we would have considered staying longer. They never respond to any contact except face to face. Even then they make vague promises and then never do anything.
