Poor service, lied about offer and consistently came up short of any kind of customer service. Aggressive behaviour when you wont sell through them and generally unprofessional business. best avoided really.

I made an offer on a house but the agent said they will not pass my offer as the seller found a cash buyer. 8 months later (meaning it was NOT a cash sale) the house appeared as sold on zoopla and the price sold was 20k less than what I offered. We rented through the Connor Prince for over a year. Debbie Cole, the letting agent, was always very kind and professional. I was interested to view a one bedroom flat and arranged a viewing. I was warned the agent is running late but i waited for 15 minutes after the booking and no one showed up. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
