Awful post sales experience, we have been lied to repeatedly about what is going on in the chain even to the point of being told that all the paperwork is in and being asked for a date to complete then finding out via my solicitor that the solicitor at the bottom hasn't even sent out contracts so we can't even begin to discuss dates. Also the house is being sold as a result of a relationship breakdown and during the sales part we had to complain as they were only contacting my ex so he then had to call me to pass on information. We went with Howard Cundey because they were the cheapest. Not a mistake I would make again!
