Having used two other Estate Agents to rent flats in Crawley and having had major issues with them, I went to Taylor Robinson and had a chat about the above with them, as we were sick and tired of using certain low class Agencies in town. Jack offered me a flat in the same building where we were living and the landlords were kind enough to allow us a few extra days whilst our previous tenancy agreement ended, before we could move in. Since then we've had a couple of issues and with Petrinas help, they've all been sorted out. They are very accommodating when inspections have to be made and negotiated our rates with the landlords in order to extend our tenancy. Overall very happy with their service and easy to report any issues that need to be fixed.
