We have been with City Living London for around 9 months now and they have been nothing but a pleasure to be associated with. The staff are always friendly and prompt to reply to any queries/requests we may have. They are the perfect agents - they do not bother us unnecessarily and are always there when we need help. Over the period of our tenancy, we have had multiple items from the inventory removed free of charge and numerous handyman callouts (within 24hours of request). They do not try to con you out of money and will always do maintenance jobs required - no questions asked. Sebastian, Maria and Elliot are always at hand.

City Living London is the worst place to rent. My experience was terrible: no warm water, no internet, they kept my deposit, they were rude, fridge was broken, water came into the flat.
