Very poor. Helpful to begin with when I was looking for the property but they made promises they couldn't deliver in order to get a signature. I know letting agents are well known for trying to deduct from deposits for minor (or made up problems) but in my exerience these guys are amongst the worst. Easy enough to deal with on the whole, but not the most reputable estate agent I've dealt with. I would be aware.

They are cheaters. They didnt do any back ground verification but they collect money for it. They promised few things to be arranged at the time of hand over. My personal experience (as a landlord) with this Agent says avoid at all costs. Very poor on feedback. Twice it took them over 5 weeks to reply to a simple email. Even then replies only came when I phoned and took the matter further. I'm sure there are better Agents in the Reading area to use.... Read Full Review

The worst lettings agent I've ever dealt with. Our boiler was leaking. I called them and reported it. They said they would arrange for a repair. Nobody called, so three days later I called again. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
