I would NOT recommend this company* Terrible service, I am having to go to court to claim back the money they owe me. This is the second time they have not paid rent that was due to me from my tenant, but conveniently they dissolved their first company, Local Properties Residential LTD and although still at the same address, now go by Local Properties. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Only given one star as would not let me submit without at least one star.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
