Very rude staff. Won't admit when they have made a mistake even tho we proved it. They just aware at you and hang phone up. Lie after lie. The great clean property also had loads of mold and damp. Very cold as no insulation at all.

Disgusted with company, they are too idle to do own references preferring to pass that to Rightmove, God knows why they are not a credit reference agency and according to their rules if you are on housing benefit it cannot be added into your income. These agents are dishonest, unprofessional and Lesley is extremely rude. (Only friendly until you report a problem) They can't be bothered with you once they have got you into the property and don't return calls or sort out problems with a property that you are paying for.
