I have had the pleasure of using MK Property for the last 5 years, They are a member of ARLA and as such have the utmost regard for rules regulations and doing things the right way I never have to worry if I am out the country about Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Checks, Spare Keys the girls take care of it all. Each month the rents are paid over less any deductions which i'm always informed of verbally if they are anything other than the normal commission. The girls are helpful, respectful to all tenants and generally easy to get along with and work with I have never had a property empty for very long and the regular inspections mean any problems or issues are dealt with early I can not recommend them enough and I wouldn't choose any other agent within the town.

Lovely, friendly girls in the office. Extremely approachable and professional. They are very open and clear about all charges and notify you when any work is needed. Very poor organisation or disorganisation. I feel sorry for any landlord or tenant who has used these services and experienced the same as me. I can only say from a landlord perceptive with over 30 properties they managed to screw up 60% of my portfolio within 7 ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
