I have used NWE Estate Agents for the sale of my last two properties due to their hard work and determination to sell my property, but also for a price that I was happy to accept. Their persistence with the previous sale that had fallen through, meant that the original buyers came back and ended up purchasing after months of inactivity. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We have a fully drafted complaints procedure should you be unhappy with our services you will be in direct contact with our company directors in order to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Since trading we have not had a single complaint though as we endeavour to make buying and selling a property as pleasurable as possible.
