An excellent service from start to finish. One of the most personable and professional Estate Agents that I have dealt with. We did not have a simple transaction and it took us six days to exchange contracts but Darren's efforts were so valuable and essential to getting the sale to go through. I cannot recommend Billingham Martin enough whether you are looking to buy or sell.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
