We used Clarke Phillips to sell my Mothers house. From day 1 of the process, Nick Grundy did an exceptional job. As we both work full time, Nick took care of everything and kept us fully informed of progress of the sale. Our 1st buyers unfortunately pulled out at the last minute, and before Nick told us, he had already lined up more viewings which resulted in a sale. I can't thank him enough for the excellent service he provided during a very difficult time. He comes highly recommended.
