To whom looking for property letting agent's / services that I like to share my experience with you about Shona's from Colinton Lettings (Edinburgh). Usually I don't write up comments only because I have no time for it (other way to say because my character is a kind of lazy) rather simply just put down with a A+ or 5 Stars everyone does in eBay alike. But this time I thought some one out there if looking for agent's then may be useful from my story. My name is Billy, I was looking for a flat to rent at the time that I prepared to move out from our old house urgently, first, I met Shona at the flat for viewing in afternoon that day its only give her a two hours notes called in the morning and also an evening reviewing appointment for my wife on that night offered by Shona after an introductions too. For me I feel that was a fantastic flexibility services for customer's she done. Then we put down the deposit for our application and requested for a move in after the week end its only 4 days away on Tuesday, again she got me all paperworks on places with no time waste and get the flat ready for us, job done and we can relax and waiting for moving house...I thought. Monday, a called from solicitor with bad news that no one want to hear, the property, now there's a problem on burden with in Title Deed's and the purchaser will not go ahead, it took me two weeks and still can't get an agreement with purchaser, at the end they turn down the offers, we can't go anywhere now, during this times I talked to Shona and update her with my situation, she haven't upset a bit about my renting application or wasting her times rather told me to no worries on her instead, okay that is nice right?! She could advertise the flat on market again and thank you for my application's and I'm history to her etc.. Guess what? She have refunded the deposit back to me, yep a �300 deposit has return to my bank account. I am not rich but with �300 more or less that make no difference to us in our situation of selling property, the points is why I am so please with Shona just because how she do the business and how she treated the customers that you will not have it from the big firm's or the agent's who only care about the sale quota that compared to the firm I has the services in the passed. What I could tell you is if you're looking for property agent, try give Shona a call and you won't lose anything but get the chance to know her professionalism.
