I would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely unprofessional and unprepared. From the beginning: they could not give me an appointment past my work hours (really?!), complete lack of effort and communication. Should have been a red flag but I made the mistake of moving on with them. I am now stuck in a contract with them, I found the property filthy when I entered, repairs that were promised in the contract were not made, I am still living with a non-functioning shower after a week and a half of moving in-their reply? I can live with this for a while. No help or discount rate of rent offered after they're clearly in the wrong. If I wouldn't be considerably upset I would laugh out loud at their unbelievable lack of decency. I took pictures of everything and they still try to deny there's anything wrong with the work they did at all. They also decided it was ok to show up at the property ENTERING WITH THEIR OWN KEYS at 7.50AM without any notice-I did say I would authorise contractors to come in if needed but that early in the morning? When someone could be coming out of the shower? I have no words, without mentioning it's surely not legal... On top of all this I had to pay the usual admin fees (haha). Thanks for nothing. This is a friend's advice...AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
