J R Hill got me out of a difficult spot and into a nice house quickly and easily. Inspections are fairly regular (every 2-3 months), but they are a straightforward agents, with no funny business. The check-out was very straightforward and I received my deposit in full. My only complaint is that I believe Agents should be obliged to inform tennants of their basic rights, as it seems standard practice by letting agents not to do so. Tennants' basic rights never seem to be actively discussed by agents. I put this here as I believe it is constructive criticism of an otherwise excellent letting agent. Thank you so much for helping me into such a nice home.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
