Dalan the agent who advertise the property at City Harbour apartment has left Property Liaisons, We met him accidentally when inquiring a property via a different agency. We never had a good experience with Property Liaisons since the day we moved in. Despite being asked to overlap our previous tenancy at County Hall by 4 weeks, they promised that the broken sofa and blinds will be replaced, the yellow stain and disgusting smell from the fridge will be fixed and the apartment will be professionally clean before we move in. As we really like the location and believe with the promises they made, we proceed to put an offer. Nothing was done and we arrived on the move-in day feeling totally shocked! No agent from the agency meeting us outside apartment and we had to ring the agency and Dalan many times to finally been informed that someone from an independent company is upstairs in the apartment to pass the keys and do the inventories. The intercom didn't work and we can't get in so had to wait for the agency to call the person who suppose to receive us that day. We lived there for a week or 2 with broken blinds in the lounge and master bedroom (halfway fell on the floor) before they finally got someone to fix it. The property was left dusty and we had to call them to send someone over to clean the apartment. We did our best to get rid of the disgusting smell from the 15 years old fridge. Our landlord is a foreign investor from Philippine and we were not given his contact details as the property is managed by Property Liaisons. So we had no choice but to liaise with this agency. We complaint about the noise at stupid hours (2-5am) from the trespassers who smoke laughing gas canisters but Property Liaison said the area is not managed by City Harbour. There's nothing they can do about it. However, the notice board on the lamp post at the parking lot clearly stated that 'No Parking' Property of City Harbour. There were other issues such broken taps, bathtub etc which were escalated to this agency but their service is super slow like they don't care. Our rent was increased closed to �2k when we renewed our contract and we have to pay for an admin fee about �120. To add to our nasty surprise and bad experience with this agency, we were asked to pay �25 each person for referencing fee to other agency when as we decided not to renew our contract this year. We never had to pay this when we provide Life Residential as our ref from our previous tenancy. There's no paperwork required as the letting agency only need a verbal reference but PL insisted on the reference fee. I won't recommend this agency and will never use their service ever again!

Bad. Use other agency who charge reasonable amount for move in reference, admin fee etc.
