Terrible company. They rip you off and overcharge you for stuff that isn't even your fault. Prior to moving in to our flat, lots of stuff wasn't working, the storage heater had two broken elements, the boiler timer was broken, the phone was broken, and the sink was blocked. It wasn't clean. They clearing hadn't bothered inspecting it prior to our moving in. Fast forward to just before our tenancy ran out, we spent 4 hours cleaning every inch of the place just to be patronised by the inspection agent that it wasn't cleaned enough even though the cupboards were old and stained with age. We were told we had to buy a new replacement fridge because the current one's inner freezer door had fallen off, it was unstable before we moved in and we didn't use the freezer as we bought our own one. It was very old and left in bad condition yet we get charged hundreds for a complete new one. The furniture is old and cheap, so when it gets easily stained and broken, we get charged lots of money and blamed!! C DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
