I wish someone had told me this before I have contacted this agency. So, they stole my deposit when the tenancy was over. They sent me an email saying that I had to clean 3 things (oven, sink and the hob). Then, they hired a cleaner to clean the whole property again, which they didn't have the receipt and we were charged 160 pounds. After this "professional cleaner", we still had problems with them asking to have a new hob, because the "professional cleaner" they hired told them the burnt marks on the hob were damaged marks not burnt marks. I had to go back to the property this time with a real professional cleaner and paid 25 pounds to them to clean the hob. After this I asked for my money back, and with the reasonable cost of the oven and sink, nothing more. They removed the 25 pounds that I have paid and kept 135 pounds from my deposit. Please if you don't want to have headaches, don't make any type of business with them, clearly they want take advantage of you no matter what.
