It would be a compliment to describe RD Properties as being disorganized, lazy and inept. I would have described them as half-arsed but again this would mean they are actually doing somewhat of something. The knowledge and speed with which they respond when there is a question about money or cancelling a contract is quite remarkable. However, it only highlights the total lack of care they hold for any personal concern you have with an apartment. They can offer no help, nor even give the courtesy of a response, when an issue arises with keys to the building, rats, tenants smoking, noise complaints, toxic mold. I would stay away at all costs from RD London and in particular Aggy, who given the perpetual lunch break she seems to be at, shouldn't be too hard.

This Agent continues to pile on additional fees that accumulate to an absurd amount given their work rate and the property condition.
