As a landlord with a full time job, a managing agent who take care of things well is very important to me, and Bryan Gaskill & Co are fantastic. Hollie and the team are helpful and attentive, and are happy to take care of minor maintenance jobs without troubling me, which is exactly what I want. When something major needs my attention, Hollie comes to me with solutions rather than problems. Best of all, my tenants are impressed with Gaskill & Co - I know this because more than one of them has told me. Voids are something I'm keen to avoid, and I take great comfort in knowing that Hollie does everything in her power to ensure I have happy tenants, who pay their rent on time.
