A bogus tenant was referenced by online agent UK with stolen identity, and now I have a complete stranger whose name I don't even know living in my house: thanks to Onlineagent UK clever referencing. Rather than helping resolve the situation I am now being blamed by Onlineagent UK for checking in the tenant myself; I have got absolutely no support from them!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
