I have know Raman for more than 3 months. He has been extremely effective in terms of showing all the available properties. He is polite and a very good organiser. He has managed my expectation well and I have managed to find the properties that I was interested in . In future I will be looking for Ramans help again.

Due to loss of employment I had to cut my tenancy short, I was charged £350 just to "readvertise" the property "under normal protocol" so I could end my tenancy, the fee is not advertised on the fees section of the website, however it is advertised on the other franchise sites ... Read Full Review

Bad!!! Unreasonable. Grossly disproportionate to work that’s actually put in. £108 for a check out inspection I was told The final inspection fee is not an unreasonable cost, it is for the time involved in inspecting the property, not the length of the document which I understand but when a properties unfurnished
