Called Chelmsford office for advice and details of a property on their books. I had 2 simple questions about the lease and whether the flats had a lift. Told to call back in 2 days when person dealing with the sale would be back in ! When I offered feedback, they questioned whether anyone in their office would say this ? Trust me they did and they need to look a bit closer to home on their service rather than question my integrity.
