We recently bought a house from William Nelhams, and while the process itself was full of ups and downs (solicitors! mortgage brokers! surveys!) it was made so manageable by David. From the start he was direct, friendly, honest and calm. He helped us stay focused, not stress too much, and ultimately, it all worked out. He's got loads of experience and knows the neighbourhood really well.
