Sold my 3 bed flat and negotiated a £7,500 increase which paid both his fees and my solicitor! I would recommend this company highly. Smart and professional, answer the phone in 4 rings, always on hand to deal with items, always call you back and get you the best possible price for your property. I really cannot say more, they achieved well beyond my expectations, looking at the market price. Unlike (other agents they will not overprice your house for the market but will get you market price and above. Nice, personal way of operating.
