SInce the property changed ownership the new letting Agents from AE Residential have provided a good professional service. They have been easily contact by e-mail or phone, responding quickly to any issues arising. Elio & Lisa are friendly and approachable and will listen to your problems or opinions regarding your Tenancy. They do a good job balancing the tenants wants and tradesmans needs. They even managed to get us a fresh painting overhall to our flat after the electricians had been in. Outstanding :) I would highly recommend these agents if you want a friendly, easy going and competant dimension to your lettings.
