My daughter rented a studio flat for 2 years and had no problems with the agent until the check out. When the agent arrived for the arranged appointment an unannouced colleague arrived as well. This had not been relayed to my daughter which made her feel very uncomfortable and intimidated. She did feel as though they wanted her to leave as soon as possible to enable them to do their 'fault' list. I do not want other young single female tenants to find themselves in this position and encourage them to have a chaperone when meeting the agent for the check out.

This is a company that puts profit before professionalism. They house undesirable tenants who run illegal activities from their properties. Their apartments are used for all night parties, prostitution and dens for drug taking. They fail to evict their tenants who engage in illegal activity. This ... Read Full Review

Spent over a week discussing the AST agreement. The original draft provided by Concept Studio Apartments (registered as Kipling Co Limited) contained some clauses which are forbidden under the Tenant Fees Act (2019). Horrible - Scam - Beware - All the flats are a complete nightmare - shoeboxes with broken fixtures that shake any moment a neighbor takes a step. These apartments are nothing special. They advertise as stylish, but it's actually the most basic type of cheap Ikea furniture.
