Very good agency, they sorted everything out for us very quickly. No fuss, no extra fees and charges. Everything is in balck and white. They don't deal with the tenants to be fair, they will direct you to the landlord. Now that could be good or bad. In our case it was good. If we had a problem, our landlord sorted it out very quickly.
Comments on Agent Fees
There was only one time we had to pay agent fees, when we moved in. It wasn't too much, then we lived in the property for 3,5 years and haven't heard of them since. We just received our notice to move out, there is no fees for us to pay at all.

Your landlord instructed us to act on a tenant find only basis and chose to manage the property himself, however we always try to be on hand to all our tenants regardless of whether it be a let only tenancy or fully managed tenancy to ensure we can offer as much help or assistance/advice as possible.
