Absolutly discraceful company. Withholding money that does not belong to them. They requested the keys back for a flat. Then tell me that I was liable for the flat for another month. They refused to return the keys then charged me £100.00 for a light cleaning when I was half way through painting the flat. They have then moved someone else in early so they owe me money. This has been going on for a month now trying to get this money and they just keep giving excuses why they have not been able to pay. You need to be investigated because you are thieves.
