I can not say enough about this company, the lies that have heard are unbelieveable. Apprently, my husband forgot the date of our moving house, I was in absolute distress crying and screaming down the phone to Cleveleys branch, they are impossible of trying to get hold of, I would not recommend... I feel sorry for the person who listed his property with them. We are cash buyers and have been trying for months to set up a viewing (we are coming from London). I have never encounted such an unprofessional establishment in my life! talked to us ... listened to our concerns and acted on them!. all of which were not done ! . i also believe that there is obviuous training issues with the staff they have. !
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
