Last year Entwistle green cleveleys were dishonest about a house I was going to buy in fleetwood. This year they are being dishonest about selling a flat and parking.

I can not say enough about this company, the lies that have heard are unbelieveable. Apprently, my husband forgot the date of our moving house, I was in absolute distress crying and screaming down the phone to Cleveleys branch, they are impossible of trying to get hold of, I would not recommend... What agent could do to change your mind?
Telling the us the facts would have helped us both, we would not have wasted time buying a property that was not available to us when we wanted it

I feel sorry for the person who listed his property with them. We are cash buyers and have been trying for months to set up a viewing (we are coming from London). I have never encounted such an unprofessional establishment in my life! ALL OF THE WOMEN WE DEALT WITH IN THE OFFICE - BLACKPOOL BRANCH WERE EXTREMELY DIPPY AND NEED TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL !I dont believe for one moment that they are even gcse educated ! i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT... talked to us ... listened to our concerns and acted on them!. all of which were not done ! . i also believe that there is obviuous training issues with the staff they have. !
