A disgraceful landlord. This company owns the house I'm renting. On move in they promised to tidy the jungle garden outside. Clean the inside of the house which they didn't bother to do. Winter came and this house is freezing cold. Undersized gas pipe to the boiler. Radiators single panel and no where near big enough for the rooms. Gas fire capped off. There's a huge hole in it that looks like a hammer has hit it. The roof is leaking. The landlord ( owner) told me if I don't like it move out rather than fix the issues. The problem will move on to someone else. The house electrics have no earth poles connected. Carpets fraying all over the place. Lack of insulation in the loft. There are old unfused round pin sockets in the house. I got told just don't use them. The roof is leaking in the back bedroom which has destroyed my towels and bedding that were in the fitted wardrobe. I've been told if you don't like it you can leave. Not a resolution to the problems. What they promise on their website and what they actually do are tow different thing. This house is in Doncaster and is completely hidden from their website. They haven't returned any calls and the resolution to the repairs are not happening I wouldn't recommend this letting agent at all.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
