AVOID AVOID AVOID! Worst agency I have ever dealt with, they do not register holding deposits with TDS, their contracts are vague, issues in the flat maintained unresolved for 1 year which caused me leaving the property. They did not want to pay me back my deposit on time. I had to complain and sit in their office for almost 1 hour until they did. UNPROFESSIONAL, DODGY AGENCY AVOID THEM. I have forwarded a formal complaint to the council about them, hoping that business will shut down soon!

I completely second the below review: this lot are a bunch of cowboys. They refused to carry out any maintenance on the flat while we lived there despite rampant mould, a broken shower and no lights working in the kitchen.
