Poor advice and guidance from a local estate agent long established in the town. Our experience of trying to sell through Bury and Hilton was amateur and disorganised. Over 20 viewings and 1 rubbish offer - what were we paying these people to do? Are they not supposed to encourage the sale? They would improve their service if they gave clear, realistic advice concerning the estimate, avoided lying about the estimated selling price during our initial meeting with them in order to gain business, were more up to date with the market, and employed professional rather than deadbeat staff. Awful. Take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely crap agents, we rented a property off these, we ended the contract cancelled all bills and rent out of the bank account and they still took rent money, bank are now preparing this as fraud don't use bury and Hilton... Read Full Review
