The staff members are all really nice, but the boss Gail is pretty unfriendly and can't even pass on messages to her staff which resulted in a propery visit that i had not agreed to.They should have known after all that time I dont want to have someone in my flat when i am not there, but it was just ignored.

Without doubt the best estate agent experience we have ever had, polite and efficient staff, kept us well informed throughout selling period.
