Purchase Only – Nothing to sell: Moving house is supposed to be up there with one of the most stressful things you can do, but using Fitzjohns made this process as smooth as it could have possibly been. Having moved a number of times over the previous 8 years this has been by far the best experience I have had. Made even better by finding an estate agent that actually sticks to their promises and doing what they say they are going to do. Viewings were arranged with short notice (my fault) and conducted with ease and professionalism. The communication whilst negotiating the offer and acceptance price was also a delight with swift calls to and from and even if there was no update I was called to be made aware. There was always going to be a long completion date on this purchase due to the seller purchasing a new build, regardless on a bi weekly basis I was called by Rochelle at Fitzjohns who gave me updates on the build, asked me if I had any questions and just kept reassuring me that Fitzjohn knew what was happening at every step of the way. It's because of Rochelle that this transaction was such a pleasure, addressing any concerns I had, owning issues and keeping me informed along the way. As exchange and completion came closer the communication increased – again even if it was just to say that everything was on track. 2 days after completion Rochelle has called again just to make sure everything is ok. I can't thank Fitzjohn enough for the service they have provided. If you do plan on selling or purchasing a house using this estate agent then you know exactly who to ask for. Rochelle is professional, personable, committed and the only estate agent I have ever dealt with that seems to genuinely understand how stressful moving can be and does everything in her power to make sure everything goes smoothly.
