I can't give enough praise to John and Claire at the winton branch.Very professional and SOOO helpful! We encountered a few problems along the way but they were always ther to give words of encouragement and a friendly email. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone and just can't praise them enough. Thank you,thank you ,THANK YOU CLARKES!

I canot recommenc Clarks highly enough, they ensured that my sale went through. Please what ever you do,do not use them. The staff are so rude, no communication from them and if they do their emails, really lack any customer care, no information about how to work things in the place that you rent and plus they have the smallest amount of places on their ... Read Full Review
They need to learn customer care, explain things in emails properly, not to be abrupt in emails, if you ask them about paper work that you need to complete not for them to tell you that they have no time to explain at the viewing the flat after you have told them you are taking the flat and paid them money.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
