Incredibly slow with maintenance, don't care about their customers! Very dissapointed with service received and feel like this company is taking advantage of students!

Worst organisation I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Due to poor mainteince a pipe burst and flooded my room, I was never conpensated for the damage to my property. Have rented from Broadcourt on two occasions as they had properties in the areas which I required. On both occasions they let the property in a filthy condition which required hours and hours of cleaning to make it habitable. When problems arose they were very slow to respond. A shower did not ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
