Grasping, deceitful and full of excuses, this is a company to be avoided at all costs. They hike the service charge without consultation, fail to deliver on promises, and plead poverty on the basis that they say they can't recover money owed to them. This refrain is never ending - it went on for years in my case - which means they can't be very good at what they get paid way over the odds to do. Any work they finally get around to doing is often shoddy and substandard. You have been warned.
