I was initially impressed with the agent's staff, they made me feel comfortable and all the policies and rules were explained thoroughly, and first impressions were good. They had a well presented, contemporary office with a team of smart, efficient and professional looking people. SJM located in Ashford quite neighborhood. My questions were answered and dealt with immediately through email and phone. Excellent communication between me and the agent which made the process very easy and non-complicated. Also after moving in the house, communication was excellent making sure everything was going well and I was happy with the results. An excellent team I would defiantly recommend The SJM
