Wear suits, look the part but are full of marketing and salesmanship to sign you up so they can earn their commission but no results, no communication and no professionalism. The staff do not communicate adequately, are very unprofessional and have given no advice. When I have received emails, they cannot spell and there does not appear to be anyone experienced in this branch - too young and inexperienced, they do not know what they are doing! Will be using another estate agent regardless of extra cost.
