My experience was a positive one. The successful search for a tenant was pretty swift at quite a challenging time (Oct 2016). The service was friendly and efficient.

3 Oct 2018Horrible service. They dragged me from the other end of London to show me only one property, which of course was the only one available since July!, They gave me the worse and most childish excuse to explain why the property I was interested in was not available, although it is still on market. To me , this is fraud . Not recommend for any reason.

APW is one of the worst agencies that shows absolute disrespect to their tenants. They accessed the property we rented from them without any permission or notice. 25 Oct 2021We have had a similar experience. Their staff are often rude and passive-aggressive. They are also completely clueless when it comes to the proper process of putting a tenancy agreement in place....
