Hi Sorry I forgot to send this through. I should have as Pattison Lane have been very good. You've been brilliant at taking over the management of 5 Oak Tree Close and handling the transition from a previous agent in spite of their best attempts to make things awkward eg not passing over keys. You also kept in touch very efficiently regarding the new purchase and when that would be available to market. And when I finally did complete you were ready with viewings the day I brought the keys - a direct result of your proactive marketing of the property. Whenever I've had a question you've either known the answer or have come back promptly with the answer. Much better to admit you're not sure or don't know something rather than making something up - which I've experienced from various people at other agents. On the Sales side Pattison Lane has also been by far my best experience with an estate agent. You were open, honest and extremely thorough, including the researching the full chains of various buyers. The chain investigation was something I'd just not had from previously and this really set you apart. Your professionalism helping my understanding of the process when I was looking to purchase a house from you was pivotal in taking my house sale away from the other agent to move it over to Pattison Lane. Long may your good work continue and thanks for all your help and that of Pattison Lane.

Bought and sold houses many times in my life but have to say, this last episode was the worst ever.
