From day 1. They have been useless, rude, money grabbing, lying and trespassing*.. They signed us into a tenancy agreement without telling us it was the tenancy agreement, not explaining any points or procedures the lady's name was "Sharon from Washington" and was useless in fact they even admitted she wasn't from lettings they just couldn't be bothered to come over (though we paid over £400 in admin fees, £600 bond & £600 upfront rent and got a guarantor). No repairs were done in the house in 6 month, the £600 a month property had damaged a outhouse full of belongings, damp, paint crumbling off walls (landlord wouldn't allow us to decorate or even do the gloss work) took him 3 month to fix the doors and they still didn't shut properly. Then when we agreed we wanted to terminate our contract early (however they had never mentioned any deductions as the house was exactly the same if not cleaner when we moved in) tried to take near enough our full bond, they soon agreed to realise it back after being brought up as a dispute with my deposits. The house was filthy when we moved in. They are a con and do not care as long as they are getting money!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
