It is only my personal opinion that I found the experience of dealing with Harpens Residential difficult and unprofessional. By this I specifically mean their agent Marcus Luck failed to answer questions I asked about their business. There may be perfectly innocent reasons for the issues questioned around the company registration but these were not provided to me. I have no evidence whatsoever that he has been unprofessional in any way with anyone else other than myself. Marcus Luck is currently an active director or Harpens Ltd which currently operates as an active company as is my understanding at time of writing.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
