Hi, I have dealt with these agents for the past couple of years but have been let down badly and I will NEVER EVER use their services again and I would like to warn all of you as well. Do not use this Letting Agents as they put 6 tenants in my Fully Furnished 2 bed flat without my knowledge. I was told the tenants will be Doctors working in white chapel hospital but that was not the case. The neighbours complained to me that they see more than 4 people in the flat. The tenants when leaving took TV, DVD Player with speakers and Hoover. The lounge was used as a 3rd bedroom and the windows were never opened as a result there was damp in the flat. When asked the letting agent about the missing furniture they say that I have to go to the court myself and the worst part if the letting agents have not even checked the flat against the inventory and paid the deposit back to the tenants. The tenants are finally out and am spending a lot of money to get the flat back to be letting condition. Thanks and Good Luck.

1 Sept 2016To all readers, the person who has written the above comment is a gentleman by the name of Mr Sukhdev Goud. As you continue to read you will seen discover that he is no gentleman but in fact a nightmare landlord. We are not writing this comment to deter any agent from dealing with this person but a firm warning here at your own risk. We have dealt with Mr Goud for many years without any complaints what so ever. we have full accounts and documented evidence to prove this. The relationship we had was to a top standard that only turned sour when above and beyond was no longer enough for Mr Goud. Mr Goud wanted us Partap Property Co to action all his late rent notices/section 21/evictions for non managed properties free of charge which we did and have been doing so continuously for many years. It came to a point where we no longer wanted to tolerate Mr Goud's constant hounding and returned all properties back to him. The one property in question which he claims to have lost a T.V, DVD player etc.... we did advise Mr Goud to remove all his belongings from that property at the beginning of the tenancy to which he declined informing us that storage would cost him to much. We however documented all item in the inventory which was forwarded to Mr Goud. The property was let to a company who housed people from abroad and recruited them and housed them of which the landlord was informed of and was fully aware. Mr Goud was pushing for the tenants to be removed as he wanted to move "his family to move in there" and asked us if he could deal with the tenants directly as he felt he could push them to move earlier however we later learnt that he had contacted our tenant and asked them to remain and cut out the agent paying him the rent direct!!!! as for the deposit it was used as the last months rent to which was agreed fully by Mr Goud. We had a similar situation with another property he had purchased and we tenanted to a young couple who were expecting a baby Mr Goud agreed to a 1 year AST and 6 months into the tenancy he wanted them out as he wanted to move in with his family, the tenants were so upset as their baby was only two months old and they were expecting to remain at least until the end of the tenancy. Throughout the duration of the tenancy the Mr Goud kept insisting on the tenants giving him access for surveyors/builders/kitchen fitters and simply to just show family around his new home... destroying the tenants right of living in peace the tenants eventually left and a very sour note completely holding the landlord responsible. On a separate note, we were instructed to sell a property on behalf of Mr Goud, not only did we advertise, and get a client for the purchase only to be humiliated as he instructed his solicitor to ignore us with proceedings and deal with a friend instead. Mr Goud also took the liberty of using our own builder to refurbish the house. we provided Mr Goud with an exceptional service we took the late night calls/messages from Mr Goud to no extent and dealt with him professionally at all given times in this case it clearly wasn't enough and we are disappointed to find such a negative review given about us.
