This agent will not deal with you if you are self employed (and fully qualified) and you do your own accounts, nor will they deal with you if you have savings in the bank and have rented long term in your current property. It would appear that although landlords will pass the job of finding tenants to this agent, this agent will not take into consideration tenant circumstances so overall the landlord loses out on good long term tenants (and will not even know about them) and the agent can continue getting tenants THEY want so they can continue operating at maximum profits. Agents, like this one, rarely lose.
