If you like rogue agents with hidden fees and charges, bad manners, poor customer service, damn right rude staff and an aggressive manager! Coupled with over pricing properties to secure your instruction only to waste time marketing and demand of price drops weekly than this is a great agent to use! They have changed their name to Sutherland Estates because no one uses them in the local area! Do not use them. Worst agent I have ever dealt with!
