Having handled the rental of this property for my daughter for a number of years I cannot praise Duncan Phillips high enough for their expertise, understanding and most of all their ability to handle any situation that arises. A cash buyer was found within two weeks which brought its own complications since they had Euros for the purchase from Germany and the monies needed to be Dollars and solicitors were hard to find. Duncan Phillips found us the right solicitor. All the forms were signed and went through smoothly so many thanks to Denise, Derek and Donna for keeping us informed all the way along.
